Since 1943, the Plans serving Canadian Christian education employees have been distinctly Canadian in their design, built for the Canadian context, overseen by Canadian Trustees, and guided by a deep conviction that the people who give their professional lives to Christian education deserve excellent, sustainable benefit Plans.
Effective January 1, 2027, that commitment takes its natural next step: all member and participant support will be provided by a dedicated team based in Edmonton, Alberta.
Your Benefits Are Not Changing
Your Pension Plan, your Health Plan, and your member portal continue exactly as they do today. Claims are processed. Support is available. Benefits, pension entitlements, health coverage, claims processing, and portal access remain unchanged.
The same Trustees remain in place. The same mission remains. The only change is where your support team is based.

Your current support team remains fully in place. Use your existing contact details. No action needed.
December 2026
New Canadian contact details go live alongside a refreshed visual identity. We'll communicate those details to you directly before they take effect.
January 1, 2027
All member and participant support will be handled by a dedicated Edmonton-based team, available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM MST.
Why did the Trustees make this decision?
For more than eighty years, the Michigan-based team administered these Plans with professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for the Canadian members and schools they served. This change is about the Trustees fulfilling their fiduciary responsibility, ensuring these Plans are as well-positioned as possible, administratively, regulatorily, and relationally, to serve the Canadian Christian education community now and into the future.
These are fully Canadian Plans. Sponsored in Canada. Governed in Canada. Built to serve Canada. Having the full support team based here is the natural next step in stewarding them well.
